Kelvin was called to the Bar in 2023 and joined the Chambers upon his completion of pupillage with Charles J. Chan (Now Charles Chan SC), Queenie W.S. Ng, Edward Poon and Solomon Lam.
Kelvin is developing a broad practice across Chambers’ specialisms with emphasis on construction, land and building management, personal injuries, departmental summons, and arbitration. He is regularly instructed to appear in different levels of courts. He accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work.

Wu Wai Lam Bebi v Bat Chan [2025] HKDC 1419 – successful personal injury claim against a stretching instructor providing fitness sessions for the plaintiff.

HCMA 138/2026 – representing the sub-contractor at trial and on appeal who were summoned with one count of “Failing to pay wages on due date”.
STS 6263,6264/2025 – represented the main contractor at trial who was summoned with 1 count of “fail to take such precautions as were necessary to prevent a workman working at the construction site from being struck by falling object”.
ESS 20730-20734/2024 – represented the company who was summoned with 5 counts of “Carried out building works without having first obtained from the Building Authority his approval in writing of documents submitted to him in accordance with the regulations”.
