Allen joined Chambers in 2025 after serving pupillage with Mr Clement Lau, Dr David Fong, Mr James Wong, Ms Kinsey Kang and Ms Katy Chung.
A CPA by training, Allen has over two decades of experience in corporate finance, having successfully completed many initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other securities transactions.
Allen is developing a broad practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work, including civil and commercial disputes, international arbitration, regulatory (especially those relating to the SFC) and also general crime.
