translation-block\">\u9ec3\u6cca\u71b9\u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b\u7684\u57f7\u696d\u7bc4\u570d\u6db5\u84cb\u4e0d\u540c\u985e\u578b\u7684\u6c11\u4e8b\u8a34\u8a1f\uff0c\u4e26\u5c08\u6ce8\u65bc\u5546\u696d\u8a34\u8a1f\u53ca\u570b\u969b\u4ef2\u88c1\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u5546\u4e8b\u53ca\u6295\u8cc7\u4ef2\u88c1\uff09\u3002\u8fc4\u4eca\u4ed6\u7372\u59d4\u8058\u65bc\u903e\u4e8c\u5341\u4e94\u5b97\u4ef2\u88c1\uff08\u6e2f\u4ef2\u3001\u65b0\u4ef2\u53ca\u81e8\u6642\u4ef2\u88c1\uff09\u4e2d\u64d4\u4efb\u4ee3\u8868\u5f8b\u5e2b\u53ca\u8655\u7406\u4e0d\u540c\u985e\u578b\u7684\u6cd5\u9662\u8a34\u8a1f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5c31\u5176\u6240\u8655\u7406\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u6848\u4ef6\uff0c\u9ec3\u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b\u7d93\u5e38\u548c\u9802\u5c16\u7684\u570b\u969b\u6216\u5927\u9678\u5f8b\u5e2b\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240\u5408\u4f5c\u6216\u5c0d\u58d8\u3002\u4ed6\u65bc\u8655\u7406\u4ef2\u88c1\u76f8\u95dc\u6cd5\u9662\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u7533\u8acb\u64f1\u7f6e\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u6c7a\uff09\u65b9\u9762\u4ea6\u5177\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5b78\u8853\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u9ec3\u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b\u65bc\u54e5\u502b\u6bd4\u4e9e\u6cd5\u5b78\u9662\u540d\u5217\u524d\u8305\u4fee\u7562\u5176\u6cd5\u5b78\u78a9\u58eb\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u65bc\u6240\u6709\u548c\u4ef2\u88c1\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u79d1\u76ee\u4e2d\u53d6\u5f97\u512a\u7570\u6210\u7e3e\uff0c\u53ca\u7372\u9812\u767c\u570b\u969b\u6cd5\u7684\u79d1\u76ee\u734e\u9805\uff08\u5168\u6cd5\u5b78\u9662\u7b2c\u4e00\u540d\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u65bc\u6210\u70ba\u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b\u524d\uff0c\u9ec3\u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b\u66fe\u65bc\u82b1\u65d7\u96c6\u5718\u64d4\u4efb\u5206\u6790\u54e1\uff0c\u4e26\u5354\u52a9\u8655\u7406\u4e86\u6578\u5b97\u4f01\u696d\u878d\u8cc7\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u65bc\u6e2f\u4ea4\u6240\u7684\u9996\u6b21\u516c\u958b\u62db\u80a1\u3001\u4e9e\u6d32\u7576\u6642\u6700\u5927\u5b97\u7684\u69d3\u687f\u6536\u8cfc\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u9280\u5718\u8cb8\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9664\u4e86\u4ee3\u8868\u5ba2\u6236\u51fa\u5ead\u5916\uff0c\u9ec3\u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b\u4ea6\u63a5\u53d7\u64d4\u4efb\u4ef2\u88c1\u54e1\u6216\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u79d8\u66f8\u7684\u4efb\u547d\u3002\u4ed6\u6210\u529f\u4fee\u7562\u7531\u6df1\u5733\u570b\u969b\u4ef2\u88c1\u9662\u548c\u83ef\u5357\uff08\u9999\u6e2f\uff09\u570b\u969b\u4ef2\u88c1\u9662\u806f\u5408\u8209\u8fa6\u7684\u9996\u5c46\u300a\u96d9\u57ce\u5169\u9662\u96d9\u8a8d\u8b49\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u79d8\u66f8\u8cc7\u683c\u57f9\u8a13\u8a08\u5283\u300b\u53ca\u8cbf\u4ef2\u570b\u969b\u4ef2\u88c1\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u7684\u9996\u5c46\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u79d8\u66f8\u57f9\u8a13\u8ab2\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr \u5c31\u6392\u89e3\u8ca1\u52d9\u7cfe\u7d1b\u8046\u8a0a\u4fdd\u5bc6\u7279\u6b0a\u7684\u7bc4\u570d\u7684\u4e0a\u8a34\uff08\u9023\u540c\u9ec3\u66c9\u8679\u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b\u4ee5\u53ca Emmanuel Benami \u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 <strong><em>LeverSing Ltd v Kwok Man Yi<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;[2026] HKCFI 2003 \u2014 \u5c31\u62d2\u7d55\u5ef6\u671f\u7533\u8acb\u7684\u4e0a\u8a34\uff08\u9023\u540c\u95dc\u79c9\u52e4\u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">\u2013 <strong><em>Ho Wai Yin v Collector of Stamp Revenue<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0[2026] HKCFI 876 \u2014 \u5c31\u5370\u82b1\u7a05\u7f72\u7f72\u9577\u62d2\u7d55\u9000\u9084\u5df2\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u5f9e\u50f9\u5370\u82b1\u7a05\u6240\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u53f8\u6cd5\u8986\u6838\uff08\u9023\u540c\u9ec3\u66c9\u8679\u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p <strong><em>CCC v AAC<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;[2025] HKCFI 2987 <strong>\u2014<\/strong> \u62b5\u64cb\u4e00\u64f1\u7f6e\u4e00\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u6c7a\u7684\u57f7\u884c\u4ee4\u7684\u7533\u8acb\uff08\u9023\u540c\u9673\u6176\u751f\u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b\u53ca\u9ec3\u9326\u6e90\u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 <strong><em>Zou Gebing v Hong Kong Xinxin Information Ltd<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;[2025] HKCFI 380 \u2014 \u62b5\u64cb\u4e00\u975e\u6b63\u5be9\u6240\u6709\u6b0a\u7981\u5236\u4ee4\u7684\u7533\u8acb\uff08\u9023\u540c\u95dc\u79c9\u52e4\u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong><u>\u570b\u969b\u4ef2\u88c1<\/u><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 \u6210\u529f\u65bc\u5169\u5b97\uff08\u540c\u6b65\u9032\u884c\u7684\uff09\u4ef2\u88c1\u5730\u70ba\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u6e2f\u4ef2\u4ef2\u88c1\u6848\u4e2d\u62b5\u64cb\u88ab\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u65bc\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u5e2d\u524d\u6839\u64da\u300a\u4ef2\u88c1\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\uff08\u7b2c
