To date he has been instructed as Counsel in close to 25 arbitrations (HKIAC, SIAC and ad hoc) and various Court proceedings. Jason’s arbitration practice frequently sees him partnering with or going up against leading international or PRC law firms. He is also experienced in handling arbitration-related Court proceedings (including setting aside applications). Academically, Jason completed his LL.M. at Columbia where he graduated among the top of his class with subject prize in international law (top of the Law School) and straight-A distinction in all arbitration-related subjects. Before joining the Bar, Jason worked as an analyst at Citigroup where he helped execute several corporate finance transactions, including IPOs on the Hong Kong stock exchange, the largest LBO in Asia at the time as well as various syndicated financings.
